The vessel is typical 1674 design with 120 ton bollard pull upgraded for ROV support operations. The modification includes additional deck structure and ROV equipment installation.
Remontowa Marine Design & Consulting office prepared basic design as well as class drawings, workshop documentation and provided building process supervision. ROV upgrade documentation was also prepared in this office.
The Cindy Tide was delivered for Tidewater Marine LLC in 2007 and ROV upgrade was done after delivery.
